Stumbled upon this wonderful recipe and I wanted to share it with you guys! :)

Luna Lovegood PuddingMakes 1  8inch trifle
Ingredients:pudding base:10 tablespoons sugar5 tablespoons cornstarch½ teaspoon salt5 cups low fat milk4 egg yolks, lightly beaten3 tablespoons butter1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extractwhipped cream:1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream¼ cup sugar2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 cups strawberries, diced2 cups blueberries, diced1 store bought pound cake, cubed into ½ inch piecesprofessional grade pink food coloringoptional:edible glitter
Directions:1. Place sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk into a small saucepan, whisk and bring to a simmer.2. Stir until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.3. Whisk a small amount of the milk mixture into the beaten yolks and whisk the mixture back into the hot milk mixture.4. Whisk until the pudding is just thick enough to sit onto top of itself.5. Stir in the butter and vanilla until fully combined.6. Push the pudding through a fine sieve strainer and set aside to cool.7. While the pudding cools, place the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.8. Pour the pudding into a bowl and stir the strawberries and a few drops of pink food coloring.9. Stir together until fully combined.10. Pour the strawberry pudding mixture into the bottom of the trifle dish and level off until smooth.11. Next, layer ½ the cubed pound cake over the pudding and top with ½ of whipped cream.12. Pour more of the pudding over the whipped cream and top with remaining pound cake and whipped cream.13. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.14. Finish with edible glitter, if desired and serve.

Ron Weasley’s “Eveything But The Kitchen Sink” PieMakes 6
Ingredients:filling:3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided6 cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced1 yellow onion, diced1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced1 garlic clove, minced1 carrot, peeled and diced1 cup sweet corn½ lb lean ground beef2 sweet Italian sausages, casings removed½ cup ham, diced½ cup pepperoni, thinly sliced2/3 bacon, cooked and diced¼ cup all purpose flour1 cup low sodium beef broth½ cup parmesan, grated2 store bought packages pie dough1 egg, lightly beaten2 tablespoons cream6 4” disposable pie tins
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 425°F.2. Cut 12 5 inch circles out of the store bought dough rounds.3. Form 6 of the circles into the bottoms of the aluminum pie tins.4. Place the prepared tins and remaining circles in the refrigerator until ready to use.5. Heat 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.6. Add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.7. Add the onions, bell peppers, carrot, corn and garlic and continue to sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.8. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.9. Heat the remaining oil in the pan over medium-high heat and begin browning the ground beef and sausage. Season with salt and pepper.10. Add the ham, pepperoni and bacon and continue to cook for 3 minutes.11. Stir the vegetables into the meat mixture.12. Sprinkle the flour over the top of the filling, season with salt and pepper and stir to prevent lumps from forming.13. While stirring, incorporate the broth into the filling and cook until slightly thickened.14. Remove from heat and fold in the grated parmesan. Allow to cool.15. Once the filling has cooled, remove the prepared pie shells from the refrigerator and fill each with the meat filling.16. Top each pie with the remaining dough circles and press the edges together with the back of a fork.17. Whisk together the egg and cream and brush onto the tops of each pie.18. Place the pies onto a baking sheet, cut a small slit on the tops and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
